Aer blasng a rock loading and hauling is most important process, without this we cannot excavate tunnel further. Selecon of right machinery for right job is very important. DBA provides Loading & Hauling– Electric / Diesel Locomoves, Loaders, Dumpers, Load Haul Dump units. Our principles also produce very low profile dumpers for small tunnels. More than 40 dumpers of its are working on different sites in Pakistan.
The Hag-loader type machines are used in most convenonal tunnelling tasks: excavang and heading in so to medium-hard ground condions as well as loading of blasted rock, using modular type of aachments to suit the ground condions and cross-secon size. They have advantages of having Small size, Very fast, Good for small and Large size tunnel, Good to load any size of Dumper, Dual Power (Electric & Diesel Engine), Can do scaling and add more tunnel advance.
To achieve higher producon rates world is moving towards Connuous Method of Tunnel Excavaon. DBA proudly offers Road Headers, Connuous Miners, Mechanical Wheel Excavators and Tunnel Boring Machines (TBM's) to its customers depending upon tunnel length, geological condions and other factors.
